WikidFit consists of innovative ACE, ACSM, and NASM certified personal trainers and dancers in Boston, offering customized personal training services for all ages and fitness levels.  We pride ourselves on our creative workouts that challenge you every session.  In fact, we never repeat the same exercise routines! 


We have several programs in 60, 45, and 30-minute express sessions all designed to help you be in the best shape of your life.  We offer Solo individual personal training, Duo partner training, Quartet semi-private training, and Strength In Numbers small group training.  We train most of our clients at our membership-free private studio in Jamaica Plain.  We also train at other locations and community organizations when possible.


WikidFit integrates strength and conditioning, functional movement,  interval circuits, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility training into each of our programs. We can also incorporate boxing and dancing to add more variety to your program.  We do our best to develop an effective combination of fitness, dance, nutrition, and motivation that works for you.  Join us for some great training and lasting results.  We’ll get you wicked fit.  WikidFit!
