Our Quartets, offer more personal attention and flexibility than other group programs because they are always limited to 4 clients at a time.  Most exercises, movements, stretches, sets, repetitions, etc. will be customized for your needs, while some will be challenging for everyone in the group.  Our goal is to keep your workouts fun, safe, effective, and unique every session. 


You tell us in advance the dates and times you plan to attend from the schedule below, and your rate is based on you training

1, 2, 3, or more times weekly for 4, 12, or 48 weeks.
